Resumo:

The main questions of this research are: which are the main factors of implementation of a “dual immersion program” in public education that lead to the success; are the “dual immersion program” characterized by a harmonious and without delay development of the child and the adolescent (in a linguistic, cognitive and socio-emotional point of view); in these dominions, which was the role of the different social actors – teachers, institutions, schools, parents, pupils; which are the effects over the environment (community, family).
